From the initial conversations with Kurt, through installation with Bud and TJ, the whole experience was one of the smoothest I've ever dealt with on my home. Legacy is incredibly transparent and communicates each step of the process very well. We love our windows and have already noticed the difference in our home!

Great windows and quick install
Overall - a good experience. (Only negative was the time it took to get the windows manufactured). Everyone involved on the Legacy side were professional and genuinely concerned with delivering good customer service. From Jim (sales) to Kelly in the office and the 2 installers, all details were checked and rechecked with the final result being good looking, functional and reasonably priced improvement to the house. So far Legacy has done a couple of projects for us and we will not hesitate to go to them again for any future needs. I highly recommend them for home improvement projects.

My experience was excellent. From the time of the first visit to the installation they were completely professional. The installers worked on an extremely cold and windy day, incredible work ethic.
On TIme and Professional
Our new siding makes our home look like a brand new house! The crew worked nonstop, came early and on time. Very professional and courteous - and they left the outside spotless!
New Provia Sliding Door
Cannot say one bad word about installar Jeff and his helper, they arrived on time, never stopped for a break and did an excellent job on the install. If I had one complaint it would be on the door itself. Wish we would have known that the treshold would be 2 inches above my floor and that we have to step over it to get outside, Feel Provia could make a more flush threshold. This will be a hazard to any coming in or out the door. If needed could not even get a wheelchair or a two wheeler cart of this without having to put something down over. Not Legacy or installers fault. A hazard created by manufacture

The team at Legacy did a great job. The roof looks amazing. Paul Skivington was great to work with and the installers were very professional. They truely cared about their work and making sure everything was done correctly. So happy with the finished product!
