Cancelled appointment
My wife contacted Legacy 10 days in advance to get more information about cabinet resurfacing. Everything that Annette explained to my was was exactly what we were looking for. My wife explained to Annette that we live about one and a half to two hours away from their office and Annette said that that wasn't a problem that they cover all of the surrounding counties including ours so my wife agreed to setting an appointment for ten days later. Annette told my wife that they would call a day prior to the appointment to make sure that everything was still a go for us. My wife and I have two small children and scheduling our days especially to accomadate a.contractor can be quite involved. But we did and actually took time off work. The day of the appointment we got a call from Legacy saying that they were not able to keep the appointment that we live too far outside their service area. What a waste of our time. I would not and will not recommend any contractor that renigs on what was agreed upon, for the simple fact that they are the ones that will tell you what you want to hear to get your business and then halfway through the project mysteriously find something to increase their profits. No thanks Legacy. I'll find a contractor that can follow through.
Great Job Installing New Siding
Great doing business with this business. Professional from initial sales visit to completion of job. Very happy with service. Would highly recommend them!
New windows installed
I am very pleased with the entire job. The installer Jeff, and his helpers Patrick & Jason did a very fine job. I love the windows and would recommend Legacy and these installers to anyone. They replaced a total of 12 windows in less than 2 days.
Quality work
We have used Legacy for a new front door and new siding. The salesman, Paul, was very knowledgeable about the products and construction in general to assist in making a good decision. The construction staff, worked quickly, cleanly, were friendly and did a quality job. Really happy with our two projects from beginning to end.
Legacy Review
I have been using Legacy for over 20 years, They installed windows, roof, glass door,siding, railings and I plan on using them in the future. Ken and now his son Jeff use a no pressure sales exprience and deliver on what was promised. Any issues come up you are informed and kept in the loop regarding resolution. Windows, siding, enclosed porch
This was our very first home project. We wanted a well established, local (very important to us) company with a good reputation. That led us to Legacy Remodeling. We were not disappointed. Far from it. We were impressed with their professionalism, and the fact that the owner took the time to talk with us when we visited their Dormont Showroom unannounced. Our salesman, Kurt, was a pleasure to deal with. He translated our needs and wants into practical solutions. His suggestions were very helpful and appreciated. We valued his forthcoming manner and availability. Our siding couldn't look better. It was obvious the work Bob and Gib performed was being done by masters. Their attention to detail was impeccable! The window installation and porch enclosure were completed with precision. Working with Jeff and the other installers was a pleasure. Legacy Remodeling has our full endorsement.
Replacement Windows
The installation went as expected. Professional job. On schedule. Cleaned up after. As for the quality of the Windows- appear to be of good quality- winter will be the tell all.
New Windows
We had 2 bay Windows and 4 smaller Windows replaced with element series window. We got a great deal, excellent sales rep, the installation crew was here 15 min early and didn't stop once until the job was complete! As professional as you can get. I'm a 10year prior carpenter and my father a 28yr contractor and we both agree excellent quality all around!
Window replacement
The window manufacturer took 3 tries to get the correct replacement wondow. Legacy never gave up and kept pushing until things were completely riight.
