Unbeatable service after the sale
I purchased all new windows for my house when Legacy was Swingline windows probably 30 years ago. The salesman assured me they had a lifetime service warranty. Well, i needed warranty work recently and couldn't have been more pleased with the response. Even though they no longer carried my brand they went out of their way to make sure i had contact info to get the parts i needed and came to my house on three different occasions to install a new window. On time-prompt-curteous. The three trips were because the parts were not all provided and they had to return to complete. Cust. Serv. Rep Kelley was just great. If you want a company that lives up to their service reputation I would strongly reccommend Legacy . They do what they say and go out of their way to see that you are satisfied not just at the time of sale but way into the future. Refreshing to see companies like Legacy still exist.

From the initial conversations with Kurt, through installation with Bud and TJ, the whole experience was one of the smoothest I've ever dealt with on my home. Legacy is incredibly transparent and communicates each step of the process very well. We love our windows and have already noticed the difference in our home!

Great windows and quick install
Overall - a good experience. (Only negative was the time it took to get the windows manufactured). Everyone involved on the Legacy side were professional and genuinely concerned with delivering good customer service. From Jim (sales) to Kelly in the office and the 2 installers, all details were checked and rechecked with the final result being good looking, functional and reasonably priced improvement to the house. So far Legacy has done a couple of projects for us and we will not hesitate to go to them again for any future needs. I highly recommend them for home improvement projects.

My experience was excellent. From the time of the first visit to the installation they were completely professional. The installers worked on an extremely cold and windy day, incredible work ethic.
