After forty years, this Upper St. Clair bathroom was ready for an update. Shared by three children, it was still functional but had all of the original fixtures and a dated look.

To give the bathroom an update while still maintaining an old-fashioned style, Legacy tore everything out and replaced it with a brand new tub, tile, toilet, vanity, and light fixtures.

To play into the old-fashioned feel, the family chose a white and black theme with polished chrome faucets and shower head. Legacy installed a 6" subway tile on the walls with a black trim and used a hexagonal black and white floor tile to match.

To finish it off, a new vanity features white cabinets with a black glaze, a Cambria quartz countertop with white undermount sinks, and a mirror framed with material that matches the vanity cabinets.

The final result? A bright, inviting space that reflects the needs of a modern family while maintaining the style of years past.
